Four days, two home bases
We're spread across two neighboring properties — the Oasis and the Villa — a few minutes' walk apart. Meals, the reception, and most of the weekend happen at the Oasis; the ceremony itself is next door at the Labyrinth. Here's the shape of the weekend, mile by mile.
Zion Red Rock
Everything happens on Zion Red Rock's property, split across three spots a short walk from each other: the Oasis and the Villa for lodging and most of the weekend, the Labyrinth for the ceremony itself.

Why April
The park's own case for the season — cottonwoods budding, temps mild, crowds thinner than summer.
Vegas in, Zion by canyon road
- Fly into Las Vegas (LAS) — or St. George (SGU) if that's easier for you
- Rent a car
- Drive to Zion: ~2h 30min from Vegas, ~60min from St. George
Share a ride from the airport
This one's yours to organize — Cannon and I are staying out of it. If you've got a rental with open seats, or you're looking for one, post yourself in the doc and connect directly with whoever's a match.

Claim your spot for the weekend
We've got two neighboring properties — the Oasis and the Villa — a ~7 minute, 0.3 mile walk apart, both a short walk from the Labyrinth where the ceremony happens. Select a room on your own or group up with others to fill one together. Once we have a headcount, we'll start assigning rooms — first-come, first-served. If rooms fill up, we'll help you find something nearby.

Fill out the room form
Sharing a room with someone? Just one of you needs to fill this out — we'll follow up to confirm the assignment.
Open the room form →Zion & Springdale run sparse and pricey
Grocery stops are limited this close to the park, so it's worth grabbing what you need on the way in rather than once you've arrived.
BBQ at the Oasis. Cannon and I are grilling — hot dogs, brats, and burgers, plus buns, with disposable plates and utensils. We've got the mains covered.
Condiments & sides — claim a line
We need help rounding out the table. Sign up for something so we don't end up with ten bags of chips and no ketchup.
Open the sign-up sheet →Corndogs at the Oasis around noon, then the ceremony at 5:30pm at the Labyrinth, followed by drinks, dinner, and speeches back at the Oasis starting around 7pm. Afterparty details TBD — more soon.
A lazy start, then exploring Zion at your own pace — e-bikes and the canyon if you're up for it, or just relax. See the sign-up below if you want in on the group e-bike rate.
Coffee, eggs & other breakfast odds and ends
If you'd rather coordinate breakfast basics as a group instead of everyone buying their own, note what you're bringing here — keeps us from ending up with six dozen eggs and no coffee.
Open the planning sheet →Zion National Park & e-bikes
Let us know what you're up for so we can lock in group numbers — e-bike rentals through Zion Outfitter give a group discount (10% at 8+ riders, 20% at 25+), but only if enough of us sign on.
Park visit & e-bikes — tell us your group size
Interested in the park, an e-bike, or both? Add yourself and how many are in your group so we know if we can hit the discount tiers.

We know figuring all of this out is a lot, and we're so grateful you're coming. That's the gift — we don't want any others.
