Four days, two home bases
We're spread across two neighboring properties — the Oasis and the Villa — a few minutes' walk apart. Meals, the reception, and most of the weekend happen at the Oasis; the ceremony itself is next door at the Labyrinth. Here's the shape of the weekend, mile by mile.
Zion Red Rock
Everything happens on Zion Red Rock's property, split across three spots a short walk from each other: the Oasis and the Villa for lodging and most of the weekend, the Labyrinth for the ceremony itself.
The Oasis

A 14,000 sq. ft. estate on 15 acres with 360° views, a private lake, and its own stretch of the Virgin River.

Vegas in, Zion by canyon road
- Fly into Las Vegas (LAS) — or St. George (SGU) if that's easier for you

We've got two neighboring properties — the Oasis and the Villa — a ~7 minute, 0.3 mile walk apart, both a short walk from the Labyrinth where the ceremony happens. Rooms are locked in at this point, and the Narrows is now full too — just 2 bunkhouse stalls are still open below. Grab one before it's gone; if everything fills up, we'll help you find something nearby.
No early check-in — we've confirmed with the property that check-in cannot happen before the standard time, so plan arrival accordingly.
The Oasis
On site: sauna, theater, and a private lake — paddle boards and kayaks are provided, no need to bring your own.
The bunkhouse has 7 separate stalls behind rolling barn doors. Bathrooms are community-style: a changing room with 4 changing stalls, 2 toilet rooms, and 2 showers.
Polka and Thunder sit directly across from each other in the bunkhouse — Western-themed, open-ceiling stalls with a rolling barn door for privacy, each sleeping up to 4 and sharing the bunkhouse’s community-style shower, bathroom, and changing room.
The Villa
On site: sauna, theater, and pickleball courts — paddles are provided, no need to bring your own.

Grocery stops are limited this close to the park, so it's worth grabbing what you need on the way in rather than once you've arrived.
BBQ at the Oasis. Cannon and I are grilling — hot dogs, brats, and burgers, plus buns, with disposable plates and utensils. We've got the mains covered.

Dinner, buffet style. Speeches happen here too — we welcome anyone who wants to say something, we love speeches long and short.

Keep it comfortable, keep it you
It's a wedding! Annette and Cannon are pretty laid back, and so should you be. Historically it gets up to about 70° during the day out there, but nights cool off — layers are your friend.
